Smart School Cloud: use the app in a browser and sync every device

Smart School App was designed to work with no internet at all, and that has not changed. Smart School Cloud adds an optional online layer for schools that want it.

What it adds

  • Open Smart School App in any browser, with nothing to install
  • Keep records from Windows computers and Android phones in one school copy
  • Send assignments online so they appear on every connected device

How a school connects

The school receives a school key and a short web code. On each device, open Settings, then Internet sync, enter the server address and the key, and press Sync now. People then sign in online with the school code, their own learner code or staff ID, and their PIN.

Sync is optional and off until a school manager turns it on. Local backups keep working with or without the cloud.
